GAS GRILL: This liquid propane gas grill runs on a 20-pound tank (not included), reaching fast cooking temperatures with high and even heat.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY: The Amplifire cooking system grills juicy food, eliminates guesswork, and prevents flare-ups. Heat is transferred directly from the flame to the grate, vaporizing drippings and adding flavor back into your food.
COOKING AREA: Grill up to 29 burgers, 26 chicken breasts, or 15 steaks on 550 square inches of total cooking space. Use the 420 square inches of primary grates for meats and larger items, and the 130 square inches warming rack for indirect heat cooking and keeping food warm.
SIDE BURNER: A 10,000 BTU side burner keeps sides and sauces warm while you grill, and can also be used to boil water, sauté vegetables, or brew coffee. Flip the lid down to use the surface as an additional workspace.
TRAY TOPPER: A stainless-steel Chef’s Delite tray shields delicate foods from heat and prevents small items from falling through the grates. Small holes allow chargrilled flavor to reach your food.
CLEANING TOOL: With variable height bristles, the custom cleaning tool easily reaches down into grooves to clean cool grates and emitters. Five times thicker than wire bristles, bright red, nylon bristles prevent accidental ingestion.
SIDE SHELF: A large side shelf provides plenty of space to set plates, tools, sauces, and rubs while you grill.
